What services does Bubble Vergo offer?
Bubble Vergo provides three core services: (1) International University Admission Assistance — we help you find, apply to, and get accepted into universities worldwide; (2) Work Placement — we connect skilled individuals to verified international job offers; (3) Travel Tours — we organise guided tour packages to destinations across the globe.
How do I apply for university admission through Bubble Vergo?
Create a free account on our platform, browse universities and programmes, then submit your application through your personal portal. Our team reviews your application, verifies your documents, and liaises with the university on your behalf.
Does Bubble Vergo guarantee a visa?
No. Bubble Vergo does NOT guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the embassy or consulate of the destination country. However, we ensure your documentation is properly prepared, complete, and professionally presented to give you the best possible chance of a successful visa application. We handle all paperwork thoroughly — the final decision rests with the relevant authorities.
What documents are required for a Bachelor's degree application?
For an undergraduate (Bachelor's) application, you will typically need the following:

1. High School Diploma / WAEC / NECO / GCE O-Level certificate
2. For HND/ND holders: your HND or ND certificate AND official transcripts from your institution
3. English Proficiency: either a letter confirming English as your language of instruction OR an IELTS/TOEFL/Duolingo test result
4. International Passport data page (bio page)
5. Passport photograph (recent, white background)
6. Academic transcripts (secondary school results)

Additional documents may be required depending on the specific university and country. Our team will guide you through exactly what is needed for your chosen institution.
How long does the admission process take?
Processing times vary by university and destination country, typically ranging from 2 to 10 weeks. Some universities offer faster processing for international students. You can track your application status in real-time through your portal dashboard, and our team keeps you updated at every stage.
Are the university and job listings verified?
Yes. Every university, course, and job offer listed on our platform has been manually verified by our team. We work directly with institutions and employers, and we only list opportunities we have confirmed partnerships with.
Can HND or ND graduates apply for a Bachelor's degree abroad?
Yes, in many countries HND and ND holders can apply for Bachelor's programmes, sometimes with advanced standing (direct entry into Year 2 or 3). You will need both your HND/ND certificate and official transcripts. In some cases, a top-up or conversion programme may be required. Our advisors will assess your qualifications and recommend the best pathway.
What is an English Proficiency requirement?
Most universities in English-speaking countries require proof that you can communicate in English at an academic level. This can be satisfied by:

- An IELTS Academic score (usually 6.0–6.5+)
- TOEFL iBT score (typically 80+)
- Duolingo English Test
- A letter from your previous school confirming English was the medium of instruction

Requirements vary by institution — our team will advise you on the specific score needed for your chosen programme.
How do I book a tour package?
Browse our available tour packages and click the one you are interested in. Use the WhatsApp or contact button on the tour page to reach our travel team. We will provide a full itinerary, pricing breakdown, and booking process. Payment plans may be available depending on the tour.
Are there scholarships available?
Yes. Several of our partner universities offer scholarships for international students. You can view available scholarships on each university's profile page. Eligibility and application requirements vary per scholarship — some are merit-based, others are need-based or country-specific. Our advisors can help identify scholarships you qualify for.
What are your service fees?
Our consultancy fees depend on the service type and destination. University application consultancy fees are disclosed clearly upfront before you proceed. Many partner universities do not charge application fees directly — our fee covers document preparation, advisory support, and application management. Please contact us for a personalised quote.
Is my personal data secure?
Absolutely. We comply strictly with GDPR and data protection laws. Your data is encrypted, never sold or shared with third parties without your consent, and you can request deletion of your account data at any time through your portal settings or by contacting us directly.
What happens after my application is submitted?
Once submitted, our team reviews your documents within 1–3 business days. We may request additional documents if anything is missing. We then forward your application to the university and track it on your behalf. You will receive status updates through your portal dashboard and via email.
Can I apply to multiple universities at the same time?
Yes. Through your portal, you can submit applications to multiple universities simultaneously. We recommend applying to at least 2–3 institutions to maximise your chances of acceptance.
What if my application is rejected?
If your application is rejected, our team will review the feedback from the university and advise you on the best next steps — whether that is applying to alternative institutions, strengthening your documents, or exploring a different programme. We do not give up on your case after a single rejection.
